Exchanges and Returns

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

Payment Terms:

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies.

Order Confirmation and Shipping:

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products.

Taxes:

All prices are inclusive of GST on billing.

Shipping Policy:

We try to deliver our products within 7 to 10 working days. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

Exchanges and Returns:

If you’d like to have a size exchange for the product you have received or if the product is damaged, please write to us at hi@shogonindia.com with your order number, full name and size change required / images of the damaged product within 48 hours and send back the product within 7 days of receiving it.

From there on, someone from our Customer Care Team will contact you in less than 3 business days and guide you through the process of returning and exchanging your order. We request you to please offer assistance in case a member of our Team asks for further information or photographs.

Once you have mailed us the details, please ship out the piece/pieces to the following address:

The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. However, we will take care of the shipping when the corrected product is delivered to you.

We, at ShoGon India, reserve the right to refuse the return of a product if it is not received in its original condition, or is damaged or used.

We also require you to send back all the original documents that accompanied the product at the time of its delivery.

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold. Once the ShoGon India products are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement only. In case that is not possible, we will issue you a voucher that can be used by you within an aforesaid time duration.

Please note that all products under the SALE tab are not valid for any exchange or return.

Orders During Sales Period

All products on Sale on ShoGon India, once sold shall NOT be valid for any exchange or return.

However, in case you have received a faulty product or wrong size/product from what you ordered, we shall be happy to have the same exchanged or returned for you.

The average time for shipping of products on SALE is 15 working days. If your order doesn’t reach you in time, you may write to us at hi@shogonindia.com
